Don't worry, no one has access to nuclear materials. Especially not 50 year old Russias who deal in fish and sausage.

So... if they catch one, how many do they not catch? Traditionally that's the way it works right? If you catch one, there have to be like, a whole bunch more who are smarter and better at it, right?

Florida Insurance Law
I saw a couple of articles on this, but I couldn't find one I liked enough to post. I know that you guys probably feel the same way as I do about insuring people in places like Florida. So I'm just throwing this out here in case someone finds a good article I'd be interested in reading this to try and figure out what's going on there. It appears to be a local law, so probably no matter what happens it will have litte affect on our tax dollars.

Don't lose your head
Continuing on the science theme.
Here's an interesting article I found today. Remember the lady from France who had a face transplant. Seems that head transplants may be possible. Some of the descriptions should like they're out of a sci-fi/horror movie. All I have to say is, I want to see this documentary.

I found this interesting site on casualties in Iraqi. I was looking because it seems that casualties have been down lately. There is a plot of fatalities by month. This month is on track to have the lowest US fatalities since Feb of 04. However, this past Dec. and Oct. were the third and fifth worse respectively. It is interesting that we do not see any news reports of lower casualty rates in Iraqi recently, still Jan. is young. I wonder if news agencies will do less reporting on casualties until the next election. By doing this voters will not become accustom to the casualties and the reports will have more impact on the election. I also wonder of Bush knows that Iraq is turning around so he is changing generals and putting in more troops in order to claim credit for the victory. For all politicians it is easier to be devious than to provide good leadership. This is one reason that politicians focus on making their foes look bad and not on providing good leadership.

Raid on Iranian Embassy
This is an interesting move. Perhaps it is part of a political initiative to place more of the blame for problems in Iraq on Iran and Syria. That seems like it would be a pretty good plan, especially considering the political climate, I wonder if the administration will hype up what they "find".

WWIII?
So, I'm not sure if anyone is even reading this blog anymore, but I thought this warranted posting. All I have to say is...
Oh crap
This reporters 'sources', and the fact that the information was attained 'last week' but only posted today make me question if this story is real or just hype. Either way, this line made me laugh.
"The Israelis believe that Iran’s retaliation would be constrained by fear of a second strike if it were to launch its Shehab-3 ballistic missiles at Israel."
Sure... wanna bet?

Iran's "peaceful" nuclear energy program
I saw this article on digg today.
Iran's itching to use The Bomb
I don't think this is a huge surprise to anyone. I'm curious to see if our almighty terror of terror commander in chief even acknowledges this press conference. I guess it depends more on if he's told about it.
